The transcripts are back from the service: some past dinners include such tasty tastings as:

- Spaetzle, cabbage and sausage
- Jumbalaya
- Black bean and rice tacos with spicy sausage
- Grilled vegetables and couscous
- Home-scratch veggie pizza
- Beef/pork roulade
- Cassoule
There seems to be a slight sausage theme emerging. Unseen/spoken theme=arid white wine/cava/champagne. Details on future dinners will get better. The next dinner will be hosted and prepared by A + E.

other remembered dinners (fall ’09): homemade squash/cheese ravioli w/ sage brown butter and hazelnuts. I remember, ‘cz homemade pasta is kinda a bitch to make.
