did I just hear Dog Reed?

Dinner tonight at J’s began with bone dry white wine. Metal flavors hanging back for last.

3 cheeses: flaky mountain sheep, manchego with herby spine, funky diverting cheddar. Duo-toned sausage wedges and well-bubbled flat bread, ruffled.

Main SUPP: Well considered, equally regarded phantom bacon wrapped salmon fillets in marinade frasche, Quinceanera-moment Baked Potatoes, fresh Fresca greens with batonnet beets and dressing. Dry bubbly.

Dessert came by way of N.’s scratch choco-chip cookies and J.’s current chocolate holdings.
